Dr. Anna Marie

Dr. Anna Marie is President|Executive Producer of Facci Bella Productions, a full service broadcast production company, which provides medical reports and better living content to television stations across the country as well as providing production services for various medical associations and companies. Since 2003, Dr. Anna Marie has partnered with The Weather Channel to provide millions of viewers with healthy living information to help keep the effects of weather from impacting their everyday life. Dr. Anna Marie's Forecast For Health reports air on the network approximately 50 times per week and are available on their website at Weather.com. In addition to The Weather Channel, Dr. Anna Marie is the host and executive producer of the nationally syndicated better living show Your Life With Dr. Anna Marie. Dr. Anna Marie worked as a television medical reporter and producer for more than 10 years. She began her TV career at KHON-TV (an NBC affiliate) in Honolulu, Hawaii, and later held on-air talent positions at NEWS-12 Long Island, New York; WNEP-TV (an ABC affiliate) in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; W F - T V (Fox affiliate) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and most recently WMAR-TV (ABC affiliate) in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Anna Marie received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Albright College, in Reading, Pennsylvania. In 1992, she achieved her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the Temple School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Anna Marie interned at Long Beach Memorial Hospital, in Long Beach, New York. Her Surgical training was completed at Community Medical Center, in Scranton, PA., and as part of a residency exchange program, Dr. Anna Marie trained at the lnstitute of Orthopedics Galeazzi, in Milan, Italy, and the lnstitute of Orthopedics Rizzoli, in Bologna, Italy.

Rick Caccavello, Central Kitchen & Bath

Rick Caccavello is president and owner of Central kitchen & Bath in Winter Park, FL Est. 1989. Affiliations include NKBA, NAHB, NARI, NFIB, BKBG, Remodelors Council, HBA of Metro Orlando. His companies many awards and achievements include Remodeling Magazine's prestigious "Big 50" award honoring the nation's 50 finest remodeling companies, the 2006 Grand Aurora Award for the "Best Kitchen Remodel" in the 12-state southeastern region. Other honors include numerous Parade of Homes Design Specialty Showcase Grand Awards and First Place awards, the Sub Zero/Wolf National Design Contest Finalist and Regional Award Winner and Interior Design Magazine's 2003 Kitchen and Bath Design Leader. Gene McDonald, Refresh Interiors, Inc.

Gene McDonald, President of Refresh Interiors Inc., is an active member of The Tampa Bay U.S. Green Building Council Chapter, Florida Green Building Coalition and  The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA). As a countertop fabricator specializing in Green products McDonald has fabricated and installed countertops in LEED-certified projects in his area. He has recently earned Master Fabricator status from Vetrazzo Recycled Glass Surfaces, which is reserved for fabricators who have fabricated over 50 Vetrazzo jobs that have demonstrated superior craftsmanship. He has also won The
International Surface Design Award in 2006 for best Commercial application of His Illuminated Cobalt Glass Bar. He Then won two awards at the 2009 International Surface Design Expo for the Best Green Residential Kitchen and Best Green Small application for his recycled paper toilet seat that glows in the dark. Gene McDonald is proud to be what some call a Green Interior Artist. He shares his Green projects with the world to help smash the misconception that Green Design is bland and boring.

Dr. Jennifer Languell, Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) & Trifecta Construction

Founder and President of Trifecta Construction Solutions, Dr. Jennifer Languell is a nationally recognized leader in educating the development and construction industries, as well as homebuyers, about the benefits of green building and sustainable development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, a Master’s in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction. As a renowned authority on green building, she regularly appears as a speaker at national and international industry conferences. Languell is an award-winning author, and has been featured in numerous publications and television programs including: BusinessWeek, CNN Headline News, HGTV, and CNBC’s “Bullseye.” She also stars in the Discovery Channel’s environmental series Discovery Project Earth, and also serves on the National Governors Association Policy Academy on Advanced Energy Strategies for Buildings. Since founding Trifecta, Dr. Languell has consulted with nearly 150 different businesses and organizations on the subject of green building and sustainability. During this period she has also certified approximately two-thirds of the green homes in the state of Florida using the existing Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Green Home Certification Standards, and she will be certifying the Greenovation of Terra Verde upon completion.

Cody Metcalf, WinderLumen LED

Cody Metcalf is President and co-founder of WinderLumen LED, a specialized distributor of LED lighting technology for various applications.  A graduate from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida, Cody has spent the last several years working as an independent consultant to small businesses in Central Florida with an intense focus on maximizing a company's potential growth through a strong web presence.  His own interest in emerging green technologies led Cody to launch WinderLumen Environmental, LLC with partner Nasco Megerov in 2008.  Since the company's inception, WinderLumen has been working with homeowners, small businesses, universities and municipalities to deploy the most advanced and economically viable LED products from some of the world's premier manufacturers.  As a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), Cody and WinderLumen look forward to continuing to educate others on the advantages of utilizing LED technology in lighting applications.

Kay Green, Kay Green Design, Inc.

Kay Green is a nationally recognized leader in the field of Model Home and Sales Center Merchandising. She founded Kay Green Design, Inc. in 1975. The company has since become one of the nation's most respected design firms. Based in the Orlando area, the firm performs merchandising services for builders and developers throughout the United States-The company's national reputation for design excellence and marketing sensitivity has been featured in such prestigious housing publications as Builder Magazine, Professional Builder, Multi-Housing News, Home & Condo and Suncoast Architect Builder, as well as in leading consumer publications such as House Beautiful's Kitchen/Baths, The Orlando Sentinel, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Chicago Tribune. Kelly Watkins is the Vice President of Greenalysis, a Maitland, Florida based consulting firm.
